2. DOGAMI

2.1. DOGAMI developed its project as described in the Whitepaper. DOGAMI has been conceptualised based on the idea of an entertainment 3.0 company” (hereinafter referred to as the “Ecosystem”). The purpose of the Ecosystem shall be to transpose in a digital environment the human experience of owning and taking care of a pet, specifically a dog. The primary goal of the players shall be to feed, take care of, train and breed their virtual pet.

2.2. The Website and the Apps consist of offering play-and-earn mechanisms, most notably in-game play-and-earn rewards. In essence, gamers can engage in four main activities in the Ecosystem: adopt, play, earn, and socialise. The overarching objective of the game is to develop the rarest and best dog.

2.3. The Collectibles offered are those shown on the Marketplace. The DOGAMÍ company reserves the right to modify the range of Collectible at any time.

2.4. Each Collectible is presented on the Website and the Apps in the form of a description of its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as accurate as possible but are not binding on the seller. The sale of the Collectible is presented on the DOGAMÍ Website, and the Apps is intended for all purchasers residing in countries that fully authorise to contract and use the Services.

2.5. This Website and the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without a warranty of any kind. By using the Website, the User accepts sole responsibility for any transaction involving their own Wallet (as defined below).

2.6. Any change in DOGAMI’s legal structure shall not affect the rights and obligations arising from the Terms & Conditions. In case of a dispute, the plaintiff shall determine the counterparties depending on the relevant services and the particular actions or omissions that affect the rights or interests of the plaintiff.

3. Entire Agreement & Severability

3.1. The Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy and the Disclaimer(s) are subject to amendments or modifications made by DOGAMI from time to time and shall constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Entire Agreement”).

3.2. If any provision of the Terms & Conditions or, in general, of the Entire Agreement is found to be invalid by a court or another competent jurisdiction, that provision only will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
